Twitter is a social media that is very popular in the community. Today, many people use twitter for various purposes, both commercial and non-commercial, and users also varied, both from the private, government agencies, and businesses. There have been many success stories using twitter for marketing field both individuals and companies. Twitter has also been recorded effect on social interaction in the world, especially in terms of social and political issues raised. One of the benefits of twitter is an effective media in the dissemination of information as well as the interaction between the writer and the reader. If it used optimally, it can help owners twitter account to disseminate ideas, gain support, or as a medium of interaction with the public at large, without limitation hierarchy, direct and in a simple manner. This is done by the Mayor of Bandung City, Ridwan Kamil, in managing his personal twitter account. Through his personal account, Ridwan Kamil interact directly with the public, to promote the idea, provide an explanation for the general public as well educate them to change the public culture or promote the better public culture. In this study, we do some observation and analysis on twitter management model that has been done by Ridwan Kamil in interacting, with the aim to see the extent to which expectations of twitter account owner can be achieved through posting content and interaction model.
