The company in carrying activities required role we call as leaders, often leaders
pour the idea, innovation in the motivation in the development of the company but not
only leaders are a role in promotion company but the role of employees required for

This research aimt to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline to
employee performance company Karinamas Bekasi in research author using data
analysis method using data analysis using the analysis of regression coefficient,
coefficient of determination.
Based on the calculation of multiple regression coefficient obtained value Y =
1.032 + 0.298 XI + 0.685 X2. Based on the research result shows the correlation
coefficient between leadership (X1) and employee performance (Y) of = 0.497. These
results indicate that there is a moderate and positive relationship between leadership
and emplye performance at PT. Karinamas Bekasi. The result of the calculation of the
correlation coefficient between the discipline (X2) and employee performance (Y) of
0.578. This shows that there is a positive correlation between discipline work and
Employee Performance. The calculation result of the correlation coefficient between
leadership (X1) and disciplinework (X2) of 0.602. This shows that there is a strong and
positive relationshipleadership and discipline work. multiple correlation coefficient
calculation result of RY12 obtained a value of 0.607 means that ledearship and
discipline work have a strong relationship and positive Employee Performance.
