The purpose of this study will to determine staff satisfaction and Managers and Consumers (in this study were students). The data collection is done by using a questionnaire distributed separately to staff, managers and students. At the stage of pre-test as many as 30 questionnaires were tested to determine the validity and reliability the questions. After the questions invalid eliminated, the next step is to complete the number of respondents up to 200 people. Then the questionnaires were processed using SPSS version 20 by using factor analysis. Factors that were analyzed for the level staff are four factors, there are consist of Compensation, Promotion, Relationship With Co-Worker and Change To Accept Responsibility factors. Factors analyzed for the managers level are also as many as four factors: Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling. While on the consumers / students as much as seven factors: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidance. Of the 15 factors analyzed in the early stages, all factors scoring above 0.5, which means qualified to continue testing at a later stage. This study concludes that the most influential factors of employee satisfaction is a compensation factor, the factors that most influence satisfaction manager is controlling factors and factors affecting the customer / student is promotion.
