The system runs on PT. XYZ is still too simple, which causes some problems in running its
business processes, including the problem of calculation errors in estimating the demand will
come from consumers, and also the problem of delays in production resulting from the perpetual
system, where the ordering of new raw material if it is done booking reached the point reorder
point. With the strategy of vendor managed inventory, then the integration between the buyer and
the vendor where the buyer sends the actual sales data to the vendor, to the next vendor estimates
that demand will come from using comparisons of forecasting methods and the calculation of
MAD and MSE error rate can increase accuracy than-expected demand to come, so as to minimize
the gap shortage or excess demand. Besides using the MRP matrix calculation, to answer the
needs of raw materials such as what to order, how much, and when, so as to minimize delays in
production.
