The objective of this research is to measure the influence of job description, reward and punishment, and engagement towards labor
performance in PT. YIC, Cikarang. In this research, 221 labor from production departement are used as population, while the sample taken from 85 labors. Questionnaire consists of 51 questions and using Likert scale as the tool to measure the degree of agreement. Reliability, validity, classical assumption, multiple regression test, hypothesis test which included T-test (partial test) and F-test (simultaneously test) were employed to analyze influence of independent variables (job description, reward and punishment and engagement) toward the dependent variable (labor performance). Research concludes that job description and engagement are significantly influence on labor performance while reward and punishment has no influence on labor performance. Engagement has the highest influence on the labor performance. Job description, reward and punishment and engagement have simultaneously significant influence toward employee performance.
