The issue of improving member Welfare of Cooperatives need in service to achieve settlement functions within the Organization( Leadership and Membership ) and Cooperative effective Business in the internally and externally. An actual successful cooperative, whether in cooperative business or member’s economic business/household is achieving goals in the welfare. Whatever it is, cooperative must based on goal, and member welfare operationally could be measured by increasing profit and economic promotion including service for member to obtain the benefit whether in economic directly such as provided in transaction or indirectly by Business Outcome Remains in Members Meeting.
Increasing member welfare could reach by member with mainstream in looking for business opportunity, creative, and innovative; create the product or superior service for competition or facilitated by management and leadership of adaptive manager, transformational and transactional style, concern to the interest and member satisfaction. Thus the cooperative must carried out the Partnership strategy, whether in cooperation, merger, collaboration, net working, as well as joint venture among the business with capital and the one with business opportunity and skills by consider the principle of mutual trust, empowering and beneficial. The manager empowering for the leadership approach as the base of management and organization effectiveness, by provide an authorization and responsibility for decision making in correlation with the development of product and member profit. Merely, it is arranged to attain the goal of cooperative, increasing the member welfare.
