Credit in general is one of the ways taken by any person to buy a product or to make ends meet, by borrowing money and returned in accordance with a term or condition specified. One example of credit that will be discussed in this study is credit vehicle finance. Many factors must be considered in making decisions in grant credit to customers, in order to avoid mistakes in making decisions that may result in losses. The number of candidate customers who apply for credit with different economic conditions, demanding carefulness in making lending decisions, so that decisions are taken the best decision for the company and the loan applicant or candidate customers. Therefore, it takes the method of select the right loan in order to get results that can be justified. Decision Support System is one of the ways used to select candidate customers who will receive credit auto finance. The method used in this decision support system is (Technique Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). TOPSIS used to rank applicants candidate customer credit vehicle financing, while the AHP is used for weighting the criteria used in the TOPSIS. Results from this study is an analysis model that can determine suitability of candidate customers to get credit vehicle financing based on criteria which completeness ID card, family card, Electricity Account / property tax, Productivity, Job, and salary of candidate customers. So that these models can be used to provide a solution for managers in selecting candidate customer will be given credit motor vehicle financing.
