This paper exploring business practitioner especially in cake industry sector culinary business . The business sector is full of competition that demand management or business owner to create customer satisfaction and loyal customer. Value creation on customer have become important, with regard to quality product that delivered on customer is central point to measure and repair existing product. The purpose of this research to know customer value and Customer Delivered Value on Kartika Sari Customer Loyalty. The population of this research is customer who buy Kartika Sari product in all Kartika Sari store in Bandung. The sample are 110 respondents by using simple random sampling. Measuring scale using Liker Scale. Data analysis is using simple regression. The result of this research showed that Customer Delivered Value have effect on Customer Loyalty in the amount of 61.7%. value customer benefit is positive with total customer value that customer perceived is 1.391032 times comparing with total customer cost.
