The objectives of this research are to identify: first, the customer’s experience to department stores in Bandung; second, to identify the reputation of department stores in Bandung; third, to identify the effects of the customer’s experience on the reputation of department stores in Bandung. The methods used in this research are descriptive survey and explanatory survey, with the time dimension of cross-sectional research. The population of research are department store’s customers in the region of Bandung, the number of research samples is 280. The data collected consist of the primary and secondary data.
